- If you want Windows 95 programs, then MS. BUT, Borland 5.0 is coming out right
- now and should be checked out. They say it will support Win95 custom controls
- in both 32bit AND 16bit programs. (but not rich edit) It will produce
- executables for Win3.1, Win95, and DOS.
