  21. If you want Windows 95 programs, then MS. BUT, Borland 5.0 is coming out right 
  22. now and should be checked out. They say it will support Win95 custom controls 
  23. in both 32bit AND 16bit programs. (but not rich edit) It will produce 
  24. executables for Win3.1, Win95, and DOS.
